…Drum roll  please!

And here’s today’s Pixiv Daily Treat!

Editing, In the FUTURE!!!

So basically I’m looking to edit Minagi into a more futuristic design and there’ll be more for like holographic stuff on her. Currently my concern is her “belt” thingy for the back since it looks bad being just two metal loops running along her hips.  That and her “leg warmers” are a little too bland compared to the rest of her legs so I’m thinking it should have some kind of design on it.

As futuristic as it might be set into I’m still a stickler for clothes that make sense in terms of support, so I’m not a fan of stuff like belts and waist things just hovering from the body.  Though I suppose in such a future, it’ll be easy for people to have hair like Goku since they can just run a safe electric current to keep it up.

But still it might be a good idea to have floaty things besides holographs. One thing that came to mind was some scarf-y or skirt-ish things hovering away from her hips, this way it still gives her a fuller outline without covering her up.

So yeah, this is starting to go into the consensual side of things but we’ll see, for now I just want to get this design over with so I can resume perfecting the stages and stuff, and then I’ll worry about the plot later, I haven’t even seriously considered what kind of music it’ll be and the designs are already a little too contemporary to use dated futuristic themes, by that I mean using like retro 80’s music they use for futuristic themes. If I do, there’ll be a serious dischordant note between the clean, sleek look of the visuals and the retro music.

What I mean by this is… just take a look at the design of sci-fi back in the day and compare them to how today looks. The “old futuristic” themes had lots of bulky machines and simple colorful shapes blaring in the screens, while today uses a clean minimalistic look and uses more holographic elements to it.  The closest one could get back then was probably some kind of glowing fabric but today we have fashion accessories levitating inches away from the body as well as holographs, people literally wearing light. That would be a cool age to be in.

Either way I have to continue experimenting, so Stay Wiggly!
