…Drum roll  please!

And here’s today’s Pixiv Daily Treat!

Notepad-heavy Session

Not that I’m doing any kind of fancy programming because I’m hardly a programmer myself, but basically I’ve been editing and saving as a separate file one of the mme .fx files for my animated gifs and trying out various gifs and see how they look.

Now I don’t want the setting to look too futuristic because it will seriously narrow down the clothes other characters can wear,

Now keep in mind it’s still subject to change because I haven’t tested how it will look when in motion, and I haven’t fiddled with the brightness and glare settings for those holographic things. The last thing I want is for them to block the good view with their glare so I will need to do some checks as well.

another thing I also need to do is obliterate that squarish shape of the stage. Nothing ruins good accroutments than glaring simple shapes, like a horrible deep bloody gash across someone’s face.

I’m aware that weird sci-fi holographic things alone won’t be able to cut it and I’ll be looking up other things to help soften or conceal the shape.

Finally another thing I’ll need to do is to give the screens little more flicker or something to make them look like screens. In Karen Project B, I added an overlay of lines that flickered very rapidly but even that wasn’t noticeable in the 60fps HD version. I considered applying the holographic effect, however that interfered with anything that had transparencies on them, like say…those holographs, plus those scanlines maintained their orientation no matter what angle the camera was on.

One idea is to do the same thing I did with Karen Project B, but perhaps make the flickers a lot slower. I can’t remember how fast it was so I’m going to assume it was just a one frame gap between 0 and 1 on the alpha values.

Now once I got this stage finished up I still have to consider putting in other people. I originally considered backup dancers but if I’m going to go for a non-con humiliation premise then it’ll be better if she’s alone, which means any bunny girls I have to put there are probably just leering or cheering her on, or egging her on to do hotter moves. See it’s not enough that the stage looks big and grand, but it’s also got to have other entities onstage with her.

Now considering it’s like a casino or cabaret setting thing maybe what it needs is just some announcer guy in a tuxedo holding a mic.  Well, we’ll get there when we get there. Stay Wiggly!
