The Next Choreographies are Coming In Smoothly

Building this project with all it’s subscreen footage and stuff is admittedly daunting to work with at first but picture it as making a building…can we say, erecting one? Hurr hurr hurr. Part of building it means creating scaffolding for the higher parts so by the time you’ve built your scaffold, all the hard work starts to pay off exponentially because now you have a platform to build additional stuff with, suddenly everything you make is now auto populated with all the fancy stuff you’ve already put in there.

Basically at this point, all I have to do now is just give Karen other dance motions. Well except for the fact that I still have to make their closeup footage, but even that is refreshing. See, after creating all of that stage sets and reviewing the the project…I start to see opportunities where a few changes to the scene can keep it interesting and these changes will become refreshing to the eyes.

Take for example, the close up footage of Karen’s first choreography, which took place in some night time courtyard, then making the subsequent choreography take place at daytime or sunset can help set the mood of things visually even when you don’t realize it. In fact, making those additional footage, doesn’t even sound like a chore at all because I’m building what I want, I now have a clear view of what needs to be done, compared to the earlier stages of the project where I’m still deciding what needs to be there.

When you know what needs to be done, it’s rather easy compared to starting a new project and only barely having an idea of what to put there. Not that it’s unpleasant but it is slow going.

The second choreography set (as in plural) looks like it deserves it’s own center subscreen footage and I’m working on it now.

  1. Daa-umm! There’s that screen again!
Quick story – I was working the graveyard shift this morning when def leppard came blasting over the stereo! Now every time I hear that song I think of H2S which frankly isn’t a bad thing, hahaha. “Little Miss Innocent sugar me”. Yep, as soon as I heard that guitar riff I could see those four brazen little sexpots doing their S-L-O-W strut through the crowd before stepping on stage. Nothing but tits, asses, legs and heels! CFC Girls rock! Since you’ve got a (bizzare) guitar band playing onstage with Karen I can’t wait to hear what song you chose for her stage debut. Something she can really bang those hips to I’m hoping. Keep up the good work, I’m gonna go watch H2S again! 😎
